With more workers choosing to stay away, the massive adoption of online preparation is one of the developments in eLearning in 2021 that we will continue shortly.
2. More Need for Training
Traditional classroom teachers or lecturers are not often prepared for performance in an online or simulated world. The execution of on-screen teaching is a very different experience that involves a particular range of skills. As a part of the push for immersive training opportunities, there has been an exponential rise in the need for training that allows in-person teachers to develop their virtual environments skills.

3. Content Curation and Development Tools the Center Stage

Many courses or services build on a web interface first and then move to a laptop user experience instead. This adds to how we used to think of eLearning architecture.
